Because a free trial is available to evaluate quality, compatibility and stability, we generally consider subscriptions non-refundable once activated. We encourage you to use the trial fully before purchasing.
If you experience a technical problem, contact our support team first — most issues (buffering, setup, device compatibility) are quickly resolved. We will make reasonable efforts to fix any problem on our side.
Refund requests are assessed case by case. Refunds are not provided for issues caused by your own internet connection or hardware, for change of mind after use, or where the account has breached our Terms. Any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law are unaffected.
